Features:
Two versions, different processes:
Black version: After blackening treatment, the hardness is properly strengthened, not easy to rust;
Silver version: Nickel plating, oxidation treatment, not easy to rust;
Both adopt die-casting process, the material is iron, and both are oxidized;
The hardness is about 50 degrees, which is harder than zinc powder alloy.
About Defects:
Due to the time control in the oxidation process, the color of the gear surface will be different.
At the same time, during storage and transportation, the gears collide with each other, which may cause scratches or fading of varying degrees on the surface. But this will not affect the quality of the gear itself.
So if you mind the surface defects of the gear, please don't buy it.
About Installation:
The large gear and the active gear have high precision requirements, and may not be smooth when docked for the first time, requiring precise alignment.
